Senior UX researcher, Shanghai
Take ownership of all aspects of UX research
Lead digital product projects that focus on exploration and/or validation
Define proper research method and process for each project
Frame-working personas, customer journeys
Collaborate with product designers and developers
Generate strategic and tactical insights from analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
Contribute to trend analysis and competitors research in order to unlock business opportunities, develop business concepts, models and organizational frameworks
Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and lead workshops
Present design concept, insights, or research findings
Minimum 5 years of experience
Expertise in personas, customer journey maps, UX research methods, usability testing, and service design
Having a strong understanding of the Chinese market and culture
Strong verbal and writing skills in both English and Chinese
Presentation skills
Familiar with product design and development method and process
Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal team and or clients
Passionate about brands, businesses, services and digital innovation
