People & Organization working student, Berlin

What you will be doing

MING Labs is looking for a new People & Organization Working Student to join our lovely team in Berlin.

We are looking for a self-motivated working student to join our international team in the Berlin studio to support with a variety of tasks around talent acquisition, onboarding and internal P&O administration as well as coordination.

In your working student position, you will have the opportunity to learn from our P&O Team and our extended cross-functional team and to improve your skills and knowledge in these work areas.

Now that we’ve got the basics covered, here are some of your main responsibilities:

Support with different talent acquisition processes having impact in several stages of the candidate journey such as job posting, candidate communication and talent pool management

Support our onboarding process and help us to provide a great experience for our new MINGions

Support with the creation of different employment-related documents such as employer certificates and all kinds of employer-related certifications and documents

Support in managing & maintaining our HR management software including, e.g., attendances as well as absences

Support with creation, filing & documentation to ensure the integrity and quality of our HR records and processes

What we are looking for

Ideally, you are studying Human Resources, Business Administration or similar, but other fields of study are also welcome.

Strong interest in the field of HR, people and culture.

You are empathetic, organized, detail- and customer-oriented.

You are proactive in getting involved, learning and helping out; you don’t shy away from coordinating with multiple people cross-function and cross-studio (incl. our studios in Asia).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

You’re located in Berlin.
